This was may first time to purchased car parts from them, I didn't expect for anything since almost all e-commerce site sucks a bit but I had no choice but to buy online. I bought a muffler for my car, I was really happy with the service they had for me. The part I arrive on time and I had no problem in placing my transaction.

I have been buying my car stuff from this site for years and I never encountered any problems. Last month, I just bought floor mats. As usual, I still adore their very friendly site. After I ordered, my product arrived two days later. Very quick, right? This is definitely a great example of an online shop.

There are no room for mistakes, I think that is there motto. Products always arrive on time, and was never late even ones. The CSR is caring, unlike other customer service personnel of their competition. What more can I ask for?? I just hope they can maintain this positive outlook of their job... Heck, they are way better than Ebay

I started shopping here last year when my favorite online shop for car parts started giving me problems. I tried this site out of the suggestion of a friend. It turned out that she's right. This site is really awesome. Order a product and it will come right in front of your doorstep three days after. Really amazing.

I encountered Autopartswarehouse when I got annoyed in waiting for an order in this some famous online shop. A friend told me about APW so I trusted her word. I placed an order and the product arrived after three days. I even can't believe that it's that fast. I need not call to follow up. And there are no extra charges. No regrets in trusting this site ever.

My car is my baby so i always go here to shop. I buy at least 3 things a month to keep my baby happy. Love their selection and love their prices more. That's why I'm a frequent buyer. They should give me one of their frequent customer privileges or something. Haha!

I have been a customer of Auto Parts Warehouse for quite some time already and I did not have any problem with purchasing the car parts that I need online (except of course the first time I tried to order from them).From the car covers, floor mats, and brake pads (just a few of what I've purchased with them), all have a very good quality and perfectly fit my car.The only problem that I encountered with them is that they shipped the car part that I ordered 1 day late. But for me it's just a normal flaw of these on-line retailers, at least they have high quality of car parts and accessories that we could really trust.Thanks to you guys!

I always buy car parts of my Volks here in Auto parts Warehouse. I remember that my last purchase here is actually a brake pads set for my friend's wheels. I browsed over their product list and picked a Brake Pad Set Deluxe, something that is tough and I know would really last, which is just perfect for her car. I thought I would shell out almost a hundred bucks but I was wrong. I paid only about $50. Wow... My friend was so happy and so was I. From that time on, she also purchase her car parts already in the site. It was so great that I could get parts for my vehicle in low prices and save a lot. Not only that, I don't have to wait much for it to be delivered.

I purchased my sun shield and head light covers from Auto Parts Warehouse a few weeks ago, and I'm really satisfied with it. From the selection of products, ordering, receiving and trying it out for my car was perfect. I easily got the car part that I need because for me their website is very organized. i never thought i could have a great experience shopping online especially for auto parts. i have this crazy stereotypical thought that auto parts are sold by ill-mannered, dirty and disgruntled men, so i had some reservations in buying personally.. so tried to shop online. i was looking for brake pads for my car and i bumped to auto parts warehouse, i looked at some reviews sites for the consumer's experiences, and i was convinced with their positive reviews. so i entrusted my order with APW. and boy, was i lucky. the entire order process was of excellent service, their customer service ensured that i was able to track my order throughout the shipping. i got my parts on time and i have never experienced such shopping bliss like what they gave me.

I started to become their customer since a friend recommend them to me because I'm having problems looking for some parts of my car that time because of monetary shortage. So I have to look for a place to get those parts in an affordable prices but of course with quality. At first I was having a second though because I'm afraid to put the quality of the part on risk but since I have no choice I tried to buy one and test it. It really works very well and I was satisfied with the items. Since then every time I have to purchase a car part for my car I get it from them. Not are all good experience though. Sometimes there are delays in the delivery but it is understandable. I found them very reliable for people like me.

An unexpected experience...I always been annoyed in purchasing stuff from the internet because the first time i did it I almost trow my money for nothing and mad me really frustrated. But just last time around, I have to choice but to take the risk of purchasing an item for my car from the internet since I have no time left to go else where I can get one because of my busy schedule. The brake rotor of my car was damage and to be change as soon as possible for my own sake, as per my mechanic's advice. I had to search the web where I can get one the fastest possible. I got a glance at US Auto Parts Warehouse and was capture because they do offer affordable price unlike other that I had visit. I asked my mechanics if US Auto Part is a reliable company he said: "yes you can purchase from them." Maybe he had an experience with the company before. So, with all my second thought of purchasing from the web I did tried. I have to call their support to make sure that I order - just for assurance - and when can i expect the item. I'm pretty sure that I was talking with a different nationality but he was very courteous and said I'll be receiving the within 4-7business days. It was fine but of course I wished it will be earlier, he said it depends on the delivery. So, I expect for the longest day to wait - 7 days.After four days the brake rotor arrive in my surprise because I wasn't expecting it yet. Good thing that my mechanic was there and was able to check the part. He said this is good we can change your brake rotor today and you can use it buy tomorrow. I just wanna share this experience I had. It really made me change my idea about online shopping.

I'm Mary, an IT person who spends most of my time in front of my desktop. I have a car 2000 Mitsubishi Mirage, its already a 7yrs old car that's why some of the parts are already showing signs of wear and tear. I've only spend time with my car when I'm driving it so I don't have much time on maintaining it. That's the main reason why I'd rather choose to get its parts online. The first time I tired shopping with autopartswarehouse I was a bit hesitant because of all the negative reviews I've seen. But nonetheless to my curiosity, I still took the risk and tried purchasing an Air filter from them since my car is already due for tune up. I called up the toll free number and ordered my air filter. I got the item shipped at my place within 24 hours. I was really amazed. The only downside of this shop is they are a bit pricey but I think its just enough to compensate the quality of service they offered me.

I just wanna share my experience in Auto Parts Warehouse. I've been an avid customer of one of the 'auto parts giants' before when I switched to his site. I tried this site in the hope that I will get better service from them. And, I really did.I never had problems with Auto Parts Warehouse. When I place my order, they deliver on time. When I have questions, they answer me nicely. They really know how to take good care of their customers.i don't regret switching to this site ever. i believe that the decision I made is just right.
